  • HAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
    All your garments in your order are eligible for an exchange; given that they are untried, unworn and unwashed.
  • The price/brand tags and all original packaging must be intact.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    Your first ever Hyde Comfort underwear is covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please make sure the product is unused, unwashed and in original condition.
  • You are welcome to try on a T-Shirt or Shorts but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition if you want to return/exchange. We have a flexible 14 days returns policy for this category.

    Please note: For any order, if you apply for exchange/return more than once, INR75 would be charged for shipping which is payable during the time of delivery.

 

WHAT IS THE HYDE COMFORT 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?
We'll happily provide a replacement/refund within 14 days for one single undie from your first ever order, given that the pair is unused & unwashed.

Please noteThe 100% Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to your first undie ever. All other garments in the order will be available for a size or print exchange only, depending on stock availability. This policy is only acceptable for First Time Customers. For all returning customers, only exchanges are applicable in case of unused, unwashed undies or damaged pairs. 

The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to innerwear only. T-Shirts and Shorts will not be covered under the 100% satisfaction guarantee.

WHAT IF I RECIEVE A DAMAGED GARMENT?
In the unusual case where you receive a damaged or defective garment from us; please immediately notify us at hello@hydecomfort.com with pictures of the garment and we'll instantly replace it for you as per the stock availability.

Please ensure you keep the garment untried, unworn and unwashed. Notify us within 14 days of receiving the order.


WHAT IF I RECIEVE A WRONG GARMENT? SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER.
In the unusual case where you receive a garment which is not a part of your order; please immediately notify us at hello@hydecomfort.com with pictures of the garment and we'll instantly replace it for you.

Please ensure that you keep the garment untried, unworn and unwashed. Notify us within 14 days of receiving the order.

Order a pack or multiple items in your first order? (Undies only)
No problem as long as you try on just one! That first one is yours to try, wear, jump around and do whatever you want to, see if it's right for you and then keep it regardless.

Say you ordered a 2-pack, tried on one undie, and realized you need a different size. Keep the one you tried on under our 100% satisfaction guarantee and reach out to us for an exchange. We'll take back the other five (as long as they are not tried on, worn, or washed) and send six new ones in the size you need. Easy, right?

      RETURN OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE VOID if:

  • The return request exceeds 14 days from date of receipt of the order by the customer.
  • The product has been used.
  • The product has been tampered with or altered.
  • The damage is due to misuse of the product - Any damage/defect caused by a third party like laundry/washing machine or ironing service.
  • Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box/pouch, tags and barcodes, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
  • Products returned are different from what was shipped.
