All your garments in your order are eligible for an exchange; if you found and damage in garment or if any size issue . we only offer exchange given that they are untried, unworn and unwashed. - The price/brand tags and all original packaging must be intact.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Your first ever Hyde Comfort garment is covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please make sure the product is unused, unwashed and in original condition. - You are welcome to try and check the fitting but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition if you want to exchange. We have a flexible 14 days exchange policy for this category.
Please note: For any order, if you apply for exchange more than once, INR99 would be charged for shipping which is payable during the time of delivery.
WHAT IS THE HYDE COMFORT 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?
We'll happily provide a replacement within 14 days for one single garment from your first ever order, given that the style is unused & unwashed.
Please note: All the garments in the order will be available for a size or print exchange only, depending on stock availability. This policy is only acceptable for all Customers. For all customers, only exchanges are applicable in case of unused, unwashed undies or damaged pairs.
WHAT IF I RECIEVE A DAMAGED GARMENT?
In the unusual case where you receive a damaged or defective garment from us; please immediately notify us at hello hydecomfort.@gmail.com or whatsapp us with picture on 9041004950 of the garment and we'll instantly replace it for you as per the stock availability.
Please ensure you keep the garment untried, unworn and unwashed. Notify us within 14 days of receiving the order.
WHAT IF I RECIEVE A WRONG GARMENT? SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER.
In the unusual case where you receive a garment which is not a part of your order; please immediately notify us at hydecomfort@gmail.com with pictures of the garment and we'll instantly replace it for you.
Please ensure that you keep the garment untried, unworn and unwashed. Notify us within 14 days of receiving the order.
EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE VOID if:
- The return request exceeds 14 days from date of receipt of the order by the customer.
- The product has been not been used.
- The product has been tampered with or altered.
- The damage is due to misuse of the product - Any damage/defect caused by a third party like laundry/washing machine or ironing service.
- Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box/pouch, tags and barcodes, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
- Products returned are different from what was shipped.
